Lost My Name: Book Review + Giveaway

The story of Lost my name was created by 4 friends, 3 of whom are dads and 1 who is an uncle in 2012. In their spare time, they worked on their small dream of launching the best ever personalised book and with time and patience, it has become a very successful business selling over 2.5 million books around the world. I hadn’t heard of lost my name before but when they got in touch, I liked what I saw and I fell in love with the idea of creating a book with my child’s name on it!

This book is not like many personalised books, the story is that the main character boy/girl, wakes up to find their name missing. They then go on a magical adventure where they meet with different types of creatures and animals who help them to find their name!

The creatures and animals we met in our book are:
Each first letter of the creature or animal eventually spells my daughter’s name E.L.I.A.N.A.

The book is beautifully presented, the words are catchy and the colours and artwork are of excellent quality. The wordings are full of imagination, so much to keep your little one interested in the next magical step of their journey. I also like the fact that lost my name offers children who aren’t always represented in story books to have a character that looks like them, this makes reading even more fun!

Ordering Process
Ordering the book was very easy and straightforward. You simply enter your child’s name, choose the gender, language and then you click ‘create book’, it took me no longer than 5 minutes to create our book. It’s also great that you can preview the whole book, make any changes and add special features such as dedication or gift wrapping. Other than English, the books are also available in German, Spanish, French, Dutch, Italian, Swedish, Danish, Portuguese (EU), Chinese (simplified), and Japanese (how cool is that!)

I absolutely love reading this book with Eliana, I can’t wait for her to grow up and be captured by the story of her unique adventure to finding her lost name!

I love this book so much that I am giving away one copy. To enter, all you have to do is subscribe to this blog and I will randomly choose a winner in 2 weeks time. This book will make a perfect gift for any little girl or boy, good luck! 🙂

** I was sent this book in exchange for a review, however, all thoughts and opinions are my own and honest!**

A bientot!
